Coup de Poing
“Coup de poing” is a proposal to return to the origin of the stone’s usefulness. There are four pieces made up of a mortar, a juicer, a chopper, and a knife that refer to the size of some instruments, namely the Coup de poing, used in Palaeolithic times. Coup de poing is also the definition of a gesture, a gesture that is part of the movement necessary to use the past instruments and objects of this project that, naturally, complete and help the action of the members who use them, the arm and hand. This project returns matter to its origin of usefulness and to a scale from which it has moved away over time.
